Organic cocoa fibre is a preparation obtained from roasted cocoa husk BIO/ORGANIC, through purification, sterilization and micronization.
Description of the preparation: organic cocoa fibre is a loose powder with a uniform, easily disintegrating consistency (small lumps are allowed). Colour brown. Taste and smell characteristic of cocoa, without foreign taste and odors.
Application: organic cocoa fibre can replace from 50% to 100% cocoa powder in baked goods and chocolate products.
