Sweet lupin flour is a product obtained in the process of micronization seeds of sweet lupin. This plant is characterized by a high content of protein and fiber.
Alkaloid content is very low - below 0,02% (200ppm). Suitable for baking products dedicated to low carbohydrate diets.
